Day 4-9 antibiotics

Sorry for the five day absence from the blog. I've been having trouble sleeping so Mathew has taken to watching Caroline during the morning and early afternoon hours for me. The baby in the tummy is running out of room to move around and seems to be EXTREMELY active at night lol.
The last five days have been wonderful in terms of Caroline's health though! Day 4 we had a bit of a turn around. Her fever came back, but didn't make it past 99.9 degrees Fahrenheit. By day five her cough was almost non existent. By day six I knew our little girl was feeling like her old self again!
She had a check up with her primary here in town on Monday. She was all about his stethoscope lol! Caroline wouldn't let him listen to her lungs unless she got to hold it! Her temp was perfect, her ears were looking almost cleared up, and the best news yet! He said her lungs sounded better than they had since her very first check up! No crackling, no wheezing. Clear. I almost cried I was so happy!
As of three days ago Caroline has started pulling herself up onto her walker, and even the side of the couch. She hasn't been able to pull herself all the way up, but she has made it to one foot! :)
She still hasn't gotten the hang of crawling yet. She knows she can get up on her hands and knees; she just hasn't figured out how to do them both at the same time! She will army crawl forward, and scoot backwards. I'm so proud and I honestly can't believe how far she has come from 4 months ago when she couldn't even roll over on her own! She has gained so much weight and has gotten so much stronger I just can't believe it! I never forget to thank God every night before I close my eyes for the progress she has made.
Speaking of progress, we tried giving her graham crackers and she took to them instantly! I don't know if you have heard of those yogurt melt things from Gerber, but she has figured out how to feed herself with those :)
